Social housing providers prefer to work with a management company on leaseback arrangements to manage the investor-landlord relationship and rental payments.

We work with numerous social housing providers to help house vulnerable individuals. Tenant demographics include service users, low-income families, the homeless, domestic abuse victims, and people with disabilities.
Each property has different needs. However, the works typically carried out will include upgrading fire safety regulations, furnishing, and general refurbishment. Refurbishment may involve installing new bathrooms, kitchens, boilers, carpets, and carrying out painting and decorating. We refurbish each property to the standard set by the social housing provider.
Your first payment will be made a maximum of 90 days from the date stated in the joint venture agreement. This timeframe allows us to get the property up and running, which takes approximately 4 to 5 weeks. The social housing provider pays the rental income to us 4 weeks in arrears. The exact date of the first payment will be specified in the joint venture agreement.
YES! You can choose to extend your contract period or cash in your investment, at which point you will be entitled to 50% of the capital growth.
